Delete Your JobProof Account

JobProof lets users delete their account from inside the app.

Delete account in the app

1. Open JobProof.
2. Open Menu.
3. Tap Account.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm deletion.

What is deleted

Account deletion removes your JobProof account record, cloud jobs, cloud proof items, cloud report data, and Firebase Authentication user record where applicable. Local app data on the device is also cleared when deletion is performed inside the app.

What may be retained

Some payment, subscription, tax, fraud prevention, legal, or platform records may be retained by payment processors, app stores, or service providers where required by law or platform rules.

If you cannot access the app, email us at jobproofapp@gmail.com with the subject “JobProof Account Deletion”.
