These Terms of Use apply to JobProof, a mobile application for work proof reports, proof photos, PDF reports, client portal links, payment status, subscriptions, and related business tools.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using JobProof, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Purpose of JobProof

JobProof helps service providers document completed work, generate professional reports, share proof with clients, and manage payment-related status. JobProof is a documentation and workflow tool. It does not guarantee payment, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or tax compliance.

3. Accounts and sign-in

JobProof may allow users to sign in with Google, Apple, or other supported authentication providers. You are responsible for maintaining access to the account you use with JobProof. Account sign-in may be required for cloud sync, subscription status, client portal features, report access, and business settings.

If you lose access to the Google, Apple, or other account used with JobProof, access to cloud features, subscription-linked data, or synced records may be affected.

5. Reports and proof photos

JobProof can create PDF reports and client portal pages using information provided by the user. Reports may include timestamps, GPS data, proof photos, business details, payment status, tip breakdown, and receipt links where available. You are responsible for reviewing reports before sending them to clients.

6. Client portal

Client portal links may display job details, proof photos, PDF reports, payment status, and payment or review options. Anyone with a valid portal link may be able to view the portal page. You should share links carefully.

7. Payments and tips

Card payments and tips may be processed by Stripe or supported payment providers. JobProof does not store full card numbers and does not act as a bank, payment processor, accountant, tax advisor, or legal advisor. You are responsible for refunds, chargebacks, taxes, customer disputes, pricing, and compliance obligations connected to your work.

8. Subscriptions and Pro features

JobProof Pro may include features such as cloud sync, client portal links, Stripe payments and tips, branded PDF reports, receipt access, review links, cloud report history, and advanced business tools.

Subscription availability, pricing, trial availability, billing period, and renewal terms are shown before purchase in Google Play or the Apple App Store purchase flow.

9. Free trials

If a free trial is offered, the trial duration will be shown before purchase. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription may automatically renew and your store account may be charged.

10. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

11. Cancellation

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but may not automatically refund past payments.

12. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Google Play, Apple App Store, Stripe, or applicable payment provider policies. JobProof may not be able to issue store subscription refunds directly.

13. Availability and changes

JobProof features may change over time. Some features may require internet access, cloud services, subscription access, Stripe setup, or third-party provider availability.

14. No professional advice

JobProof does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, or professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for those matters.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobProof is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, client disputes, unpaid invoices, tax obligations, or indirect damages arising from use of the app.

16. Acceptable use

You agree not to use JobProof for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harmful purposes. You must not upload content you do not have the right to use or share.
